About the Scholarship:
Pharmica Pharmacy presents the Pharmica International Scholarship Program for the academic year 2024/2025. We recognize the importance of education in the field of health and medicine, yet acknowledge the financial challenges students may encounter. Hence, we offer a $1000 grant annually to support one student pursuing higher education at an accredited North American university.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years, or provide written permission from a parent/guardian if under 18.
  • Maintain good academic standing with a current institution, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate program at a North American college or university for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Essay:Write an essay (maximum 1000 words) addressing the question: “What role might artificial intelligence play in helping medical researchers discover breakthroughs in the treatment and management of chronic diseases?”
Format:Submit your essay in Word document format via email to scholarship@pharmica.co.uk with the subject “Pharmica Scholarship Submission
Include:In your email, provide your first and last name, phone number, home country, college/university name, program, and student ID number.
Deadline:Submit your essay by Monday, August 12th, 2024.

The winner will be chosen by the Pharmica Scholarship Team based on the quality and originality of the essay. The announcement will be made on Friday, August 30th, 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Only one submission per applicant is accepted.
  • All submissions become property of Pharmica and may be shared on our platforms.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone and must provide proof of enrollment.
  • Applicant’s contact information will not be shared without consent.
  • The $1000 award will be disbursed through the winner’s college or university’s preferred method.
